Ok guys this is the edit.

The cap on the chip werent soldered how needed to be. Just a little of force with cotton and alcool 3 of them got off, https://gyazo.com/927f7e25442f2d9473bb6d8d972f0d88 3 of them only.

https://gyazo.com/932b708c543003050f5d153fd6d1edf0

The gpu starts normal but i saw some issues now on the fan it was full of dust i applied wd-40 just a little it became dry and didnt work but now it is working.

The capacitor i saw needs to be 0102 ( metric
0603 ) max temp 125°C like one of this , https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/murata-electronics-north-america/GRM033C71C104KE14D/490-10387-1-ND/5026260

The problem is not so many of them are available.

And i dont to buy a chip because buying chips some times are a scam.

But yea guys i just need to find a cap to solder it 3 of them that are available.

The name is GRM033C71C104KE14J

I think they are 4v but im gonna buy 16v to be safe.

Just need to find a cap as same spec than this GRM033C71C104KE14J

I will check if find any with same specs , do you have very small tip tweezers, these look small as hell.

I have few of tweezers hakko : https://www.amazon.com/Hakko-3-SA-Non-Magnetic-Microelectronics-Applications/dp/B00FZPEWI6
These have very delicate tips, you can use these to pick of cap and hold it in place while soldering.

Are you going to use soldering iron or heat gun? I would go with soldering iron with small tips and hold cap in place and solder from both sides, with heatgun you can easier kill chip with too much heat.
