I want to put a solid Gpu in this system after some months i build entire system but for now i only have option of buying solid gpu under 200 bucks kindly guide me .

oh, you don't have any PCIe slots? that is too old for any new and modern GPU these day...

unfortunately you will need to get a new PC to get any performance benefit...

In my system It has pci express 16 slot but version is 1.0 .I heard that Amd gpus not bottleneck if i am right suggest me amd one.

nope, AMD GPU's also use PCIe 3.0, so it will be like PCIe 3.0 x4 for them (the cards), and that will bottleneck them.
