Question Gpu buzzing noise when idle.

Hello, I know that these questions have been asked a lot but I really want to ask one other question. Yesterday I decided to clean my graphics card and because I didn’t have any air compressor I decide to disassemble it and clean it from inside. It sounds weird but I’m a little but of a perfectionist and I don’t want any dust to be left. Once I put everything altogether again after reapplying themal paste, the gpu started buzzing so hard even if it’s on idle. The temperature is around ~40C and the fans are still. Every thing else works fine even when it’s on heavy load. Temperature ~60-70C and fans on ~500-1000RPM

Specs:
Mainboard: Gigabyte A320m-S2H v2
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB 3200MHz
GPU: Asus ROG Strix RX570 4gb
Hard disk: WD BLUE 1Tb
Psu: FSP HV PRO 550W
Case: Cougar MX330

Thank you and sorry for not being much help in this forum.

I think during reassembly, the fans that draw power from the GPU's board might have a straw cable in the fan blades path which is causing the buzzing noise. Might want to also inspect the GPU's fans while the system is powered and running to see if the fans are impeded from moving which might be a reason for a VRM or power module heating up(and producing coil whine).
