Question GPU card for 400 watt PSU?

I want to upgrade my GPU with a better one, without replacing existing PSU,

my current PSU is FSP aurum 400 watt https://www.fsplifestyle.com/PROP162000517/

CPU : AMD FX-8320

please advice

Assuming the PSU is as good as they claim and won't blow if it hits 400w, then you should be fine with something like a GTX 1060 or 1660.
