This typically only happens when I am exiting a game after playing it for awhile, only had it happen once during a game. Never had this issue a month ago but now it appears to be doing it pretty regularly. Temps don't get above 75c so should be good there. I have Avast running and have used malware bytes and nothing came up.

Running:
I5-4690K(Not OC)
Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 7
Gigabyte 290X
16GB DDR3
Thermaltake Gold 750w

I was able to screenshot on of the BSOD: https://www.dropbox.com/s/iix8xnw3wmvdk9n/2015-08-03%2021.07.39.jpg?dl=0

Also been getting some driver failures: https://www.dropbox.com/s/q5dd8s3wpjhk9qa/errors.txt?dl=0

Also have this from BSV:

I've completely wiped out all the drivers and reinstall them and the same issues occur, the card is still under warranty wondering if I should just send it in.

Hi FRDRICE, you need to update your BIOS. Also, start your pc in safe mode, if you still get the BSOD in safe mode, most likely its a hardware issue. Safe Mode: {F8}.
