So I bought a new power supply for my old desktop which is 300W aswell as a new graphics card and an HDD which is 320Gigs

Here are my specs.

I've done a clean install of Windows 7 and installed the drivers then when I installed the GPU driver then rebooted, my screen goes black and I hear that bsod beep.

Start in safe mode and delete the current driver.

Grab driver fusion and clean nvidia drivers then restart.
try reinstalling graphics drivers as custom and only install display and HDMI drivers and see if it helped.

Just checking if its a driver issue first.

Did as you told me, the same thing happened, it black screened then I heard that bsod beep.
Could be because the RAM is too low? Maybe the RAM Stick is faulty?

Unfortunatly not, what do you recommend as a PSU? Isn't 300W enough for the graphics card?
And by any chance do you have any way to chat instead of the wait for you to reply, it's killing me lol.
