[SOLVED] GPU choice help

Hello,
I am building a new PC and i need your opinion on the GPU:
Ryzen 5 2600x
GIGABYTE AORUS B450M
Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL16
Seasonic S12II-520 Bronze 520W

I was looking to buy the RX580 8gb, and I found the ASRock Radeon RX 570 Phantom Gaming D OC 8GB GDDR5 256-bit around 50 Euros cheaper.(in my country)
I am going for 1080 mostly games like Witcher, RDR 2 ecc., Dota 2 and Warframe.
What should i chose? (And if you have any advices on the overall build, please share)

With that much price difference, go for the cheaper RX570. It is a pretty strong performer.

The manufacturer is ok? I mean i saw writen somewhere on the internet that the fans are really loud in high perf. . I don't know what "loud" means in this case. I wasn't able to find anything else about the ASRock GPU.

ASRock is a fine brand. I don't know much about the noise level of that particular RX570, so I would suggest to find a professional review online for it.
