GPU CLOCK DROP FPS DROP AMD R5 M330 all games

Hi everyone, please help me

2 weeks ago i just bought a new laptop HP 14-AM015TX, when i playing games i got GPU Core Clock Drop, so FPS Drop too, this happen when Temp 75++ and after temp 60 the GPU Clock back to normal.
already used ClockBlocker but doesnt work
this problem makes me crazy

i played
League of Legends FPS 50-70 (high)
Dota 2 FPS 45-60 (med)
Paladins FPS 50-60 (high)

My spec:

intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6200 CPU @2.300GHz (4 CPUs), 2.4GHz

Intel(R) HD Grapichs 520

AMD Radeon (TM) R5 M330

This laptop is know to overheat, a simple google before buying would have revealed this flaw. See if you can exchange it but at 2 weeks old you might not.

if you cant get a refund or what ever i would recommend buying a laptop cooling stand i would recommend some of these:

i just bought a new vacuum cooler and my laptop never get 80degree (now 65~72 when playing league of legends max video setting)

so the problem is my laptop will drop CPU when temp 80 degre and now never drop
