The problem is that the gpu clocks go down from normal 400/850 Mhz (idle/gaming) to 400/400 Mhz (idle/gaming) and Memory clocks go down too, from 1200/1200 mhz(idle/gaming) to 900/900 mhz(idle/gaming) even while the gpu load is at 100%, until i turn off or restart the PC.
This happens at random times, i haven't found anything that triggers this consistenly.
Sistem Specs
Windows 10 x64
Intel I5 2500K 3.3Ghz
Motherboard Asus P8H64MLX
GPU AMD 6770

I already tried Changing/Updating AMD Drivers (GPU is too old to use lastest crimson drivers), Disable ULPS (Ultra Low Power State), Force OverClocking, Changing the power supply to a new one.
