Question gpu clock & memclock stuck

when im idle my gpu clock at 1000 and my mem clock 3000 i suppose to be at 350 when im playing an anything it just stuck

List your full PC specs. Which GPU is it ? Which PSU are you using ? Are you asking why the clock speeds don't boost up properly while Gaming, or the clocks are high even in idle mode ?
