GPU Clock & Memory Randomly maxes out on Firefox

While on on Firefox, watching youtube, livestreams or just reading something on a website my GPU's memory will max out for a few seconds and the GPU clock will nearly max out. Hardware acceleration is disabled in Firefox etc

Anyone have any idea whats going on here?

It's perfectly normal. This also happens to me, when it's rendering something. However, your GPU load was almost idle throughout, so it's normal. It's just the clocks automatically raising themselves. Notice the spike when opening Firefox, it may be just loading it on the screen.
