GPU Clock Speed

I just recently installed my ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 2060 Twin Fan 6GB GDDR6 192-bit Gaming Graphics Card and was wondering if these clock speeds were normal?

Idle: 305MHz GPU clock Speed ; 405MHz MEM Clock speed
Gaming: 1935MHz GPU Clock Speed ; 7000MHz MEM Clock Speed

Also, the GPU fan is continuously spinning even when idle. Is this normal? I had a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050ti that didn't spin unless it hit a certain temp, but this new one I have is continuously spinning.

Sounds right.

There may be different fan profiles, or a passive fan temp setting you can adjust. I can't imagine core temp at idle is very high. Most cards go passive under 50-55C.
