Can someone explain why am I getting such FPS drops? It looks like my GPU isn't even trying. You can see the GPU clock boosts to max clock in one scene but drops in the other one. Does this mean my CPU is bottlenecking my graphics card in this scene and it reduces the GPU clock because CPU is not keeping up?
My specs are:
CPU Ryzen 2600
GPU Sapphire Pulse Vega 56
PSU Corsair TX750M 750W
MOBO Asus B450M-A
RAM Crucial Ballistix 2x8 GB dual channel 3200Mhz
Everything is stock with the newest drivers.
