gpu clock speeds

someone please tell me how or a program to check my gpu's default speeds (memory clocks,speeds etc.) and the current speeds its on and if possible for it to show me if my graphics card is overclocked or not.I've installed this new program msi afterburner a few days ago to check my temps and fps ingames and its all good I just wanna make sure I didn't screwed anything with my gpu and making sure I didn't (or maybe the program)accidently overclocked it maybe because I installed the program to just check my fps and temps in games that's all,im using nvidia. also can you guys pls tell me if msi afterburner can be used just for checking fps and temps ingame or does it modify my gpu in any way? thanx ;D

Use the first link i sent you it will tell you youre current clock speeds, then you can comparer to the non overclocked one!
