Question Gpu clock speeds

I recently got a MSI Rx 5700 xt OC edition, In a lot of different games my core clock is not at what it should be, my gpu usage will also then go down to maybe 60-70%, my cpu is not bottlenecking because it’s only using 30-40%, my ram speed should be fast enough as it’s 2x8gbs of DDR4 3000 mhz, Anyone have any way to get my clock speeds max in all games, or is that not possible

The games itself need to be fully optimized to your hardware to use it fully, so in this case it uses how much it need that moment turning settings to max should bring those numbers up. Really depends on the game you playing and testing.

This makes sense but it also doesn’t, why shouldn’t my card max out especially when it’s struggling to get 60 FPS,

what game u playing? and what is your full specs list?
