[SOLVED] Gpu Clocks throttling in games

Whats up so basicly i have been playing battlefield 1 recently and i have this issue when im playing at the ultra preset i will have 80 - 100% gpu usage and like 70 cpu but my graphics card will just lower its clock to about 1300mhz its running at like 50 degrees nothing crazy. I have my gpu set to game mode on gpu tweak im not sure whats going on thanks in advance for any help.

Go into AMD Settings - Global Settings - Global WattMan and set "Power Limit" to it's max. (or the same adjustment on GPUTweak software if that's what you prefer) That's the quick and dirty way to fix the issue.
