What to do, I've had this GPU on the 12th April and I've had no issues everything has been perfect until today i have moved my PC around and put it on my desk and i've now noticed a coil whine kind of noise coming from my PC, its only when i play games the noise appears?

What should i do to solve this issue?

Coil whine is a common issue on high-powered graphics cards.

You'd find the noise more noticable at high FPS (when in game menus), There is no way to cure it but you can try several things:

Turn on Vsync.
Apply an FPS limit.
Reduce the Power limit for your GPU.

Corsair CX750
Says in my signature

i have listened to the noise and it is indeed the PSU
which PSU would you suggest

Yes it does say on your signature, silly me :)
I know the Corsair CX series get bad reviews at times, but that's got nothing to do with coil whine, more low quality caps and the likes. At 750w you wouldn't even be pulling 50% load on that PSU.
As for what I would recommend, I like the EVGA Supernova as they are very good quality for their price, even the less expensive variants. However coil whine isn't always limited to poor PSUs, even some of the better makes can suffer from it, I think it's more a case of bad luck if you get one that does it.

I have just found a spare coolermaster gx750w (RS-750-ACAA-D3)
would this be a good enough PSU to replace the CX750?

asrock z170 pro4/d3
i7 6700k
gtx 1070

Just put those just in case of compatibility.

Thank you

Yes, it should be fine. 750w capacity is far more than your system could possible use, a good 350w would run it, but it's always good to have a bit of headroom.
