GPU coil whine?

I recently build a new pc, here it is:

asrock h110m-dgs
i5-6500
kfa2 gtx 1070 ex 8gb
corsair vengeance lpx 16gb
corsair cx750m 80 plus bronze
crucial 275gb ssd
monitor: Asus vg248qe 144hz

First i was building just an entry level pc and thats why i have this motherboard

So when i play games (last played "for honor") with vsync off (higher fps) my GPU keep this loud coil whine. My monitor is 144hz and if fps is limited to 60, maybe im not getting the best gaming experience out of it?

Im not familiar with frame rates and monitors hertz's and how them work , so i appreciate your advice what can i do

Unfortunately there really isn't much you can do about coil whine except RMA the graphics card, and even with that some companies don't consider coil whine enough of a reason to RMA.
