GPU comaptiblilty help

so I have thought of getting a gtx 970 for a while and I have been confused if my motherboard and my psu is compatible with the card.

i would like to know what 970s are compatible with these two parts

and please link the possible 970s i can get with these two in mind thanks..

Yes of course.
On a side note that is a very low quality power supply.
