GPU Compatibility Question

I have a stock Acer and I ordered a new Sapphire 7970 Dual-X today for about 360$. It says I have a Intel H67 chipset (I know little about computer components) anyways will I have any issues? I have space, a free PCI-e slot and also a new 650w PSU.

Oh yes, will this setup be good? I have 8 gb of ram also. I want high-ultra on high resolutions at 60fps+ thanks

You'll be able to do ultra on 1080p at over 60 FPS on actual games.
