I have finally decided on the MSI 1060 Gaming X(6gb) for my new GPU. However after reading reviews i dont know if my specs can hadle it!
my specs
core: i3-3210 3.2 ghz (dual core)
motherboard:intel dh61ww
ram:4gb ddr3(going to increase to 8x2 before buying the card)
i know that my psu can support it and has the required pcie connectors

i'd like to know if my setup is compatible with a gtx1060 or if not than which card you would suggest me buying under 350usd?(for gaming)
thxs in advance for your help

Yes your system will work fine with the GTX1060.
When people say that your PC can't handle it, what they mean is that the CPU isn't necessarily powerful enough to push the GPU to its full potential when playing games.
In other words, the CPU will be the bottleneck and the limiter of gaming performance.

On the other hand, everything will work nicely but you might not get the performance reached in online benchmarks of the card.

upgrade the processor to an i5 3450, 3470, or 3570

make sure the bios is up to date befor swapping cpu's

and you would be good to go
