Question GPU compatibility with motherboard

Im having problem with my gpu,my graphic card is very old(well,whole pc)so i wan to get gtx460 1gb twin sport
So im not sure about compatibilty of gtx460 with my motherboard
Motherboard which i have is MSI GF615M-P33
So should i buy this 460 and the most important thing is,is it gpu going to work with my motherboard
PS. Is there difference btw just GTX460 1gb and GTX460 1GB twin sport?

Techinaclly, there should be no problem, just be sure if you have PCI-E, and if it's possible to match the same standard (PCI-E 4, 8 etc.), but it doesn't affect compatibility, just performance.
