Is PNY GeForce GTX 1060 6GB compatible with ASRock z170 K4/D3 motherboard? And what RAM speed ddr3 should I go with?

Yes. The GPU is compatible with your Motherboard. Just make sure to get a suitable PSU as well. Update the system BIOS, if required.

You can get a 2400 MHz RAM kit (dual channel if possible).
