Does gigabyte A320 s2h motherboard supports Gigabyte rx 580 gaming mi gpu ?? I have 600w psu I only have doubt about motherboard

It does have a PCI 3.0 slot, so if you have a decent quality PSU, you should be fine!

Okok I bought that gpu today but after connecting gpu I was getting check connection but I am getting output by connecting pin to motherboard

If you mean that you got visual output by connecting the cable to the motherboard, you should plug it into the graphics card instead.
Are you sure you have correctly connected it to your PSU?

First I connected gpu n connected display to gpu that time display shows no connection, then I removed gpu n connected display to motherboard then display showed me the proper output

Yes I have done it correctly I guess my bios was not updated...and secondly after that it's shows that windows cannot start because sudden change in hardware was detected

Hmmmmmm. Remove your graphics card, wipe out any old drivers from your previous card and try again.
