GPU components look burnt

My gpu has been crashing recently and when I took it out I saw some of the components look burnt, are they meant to look like that or is it screwed?

That does not look good! Are you able to use the flash or shine a light in there for another pic?

I don't have access to it ATM but that's what I could do with software, the whole row of whatever that part is looks like that

It should not look like that and until proven otherwise this is (at least one) of the cause(s) of your recent problems.

The severe heat discoloration on those parts where they meet the thermal pad means they are knackered. You're going to need a new card.
