Question Gpu constantly at 80 degrees whike playing games

Hi so recently noticed that my gpu fans started ramping up when playing games and i checked msi afterburner and its at 81 degrees even while the fans are at 60% and the game is taking only 50% gpu power,
I have three 120mm fans in my case, 2 at the front and one at the back,
I have one Large noctua cpu fan (cant remember the model
But not one of these seems to make a difference, the game takes 50% gpu even while its in the background and im not currently using it.

Is this normal or is my card possibly dying?

(its not dirt either, it was recently cleaned)
