Hello, i have the MSI Radeon R9 390 Series. I have a problem with the cooling system of it and its fans. I tried to take off the dust from the fans just by cleaning them with soft paper. When i replugged the GPU on my PC and started it, my case's program stopped receiving information about GPU temp, clock and fan speed. Also i don't feel any air coming off the GPU anymore and GPU feels like being next to a volcano. It's going really hot. I even tried to check if i'll receive any information through the MSI Afterburner but nothing, everything on 0. What should be the issue? Do i need new fans on GPU? Or change thermal paste on it? Cables are correctly connected i checked all. Also sometimes im getting black screen with message "No display found" but PC is still running. In order to get image on monitor i have to restart PC by turning it off and back on from its power button (NOT the PSU Power Switch).

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You might want to try and remove the GPU and reinspect it. Often times people don't have the connector for the fans seated all the way in. Can you elaborate what you mean by soft paper ?

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

These are my PC Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G
CPU cooler: Stock AMD Cooler
Motherboard: AORUS B450 PRO
Ram: 16GB DDR4
SSD/HDD: 1x SSD 250GB 1x HDD 1TB
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 390 Series
PSU: CoolerMaster Elite Series 600W ( i have it almost 5 years )
Chassis: Case NZXT H510i
Monitor: AOC 24" G2460VQ6 75Hz , LG 23EA63V IPS 24" 60hz

I removed my GPU and reinspected as u said , all the connectors are all the way in. But as before i can't see the information for my GPU and as working as idle my GPU gets extremely hot, i feel it by touching it on its side. Also in games im getting 700 FPS after that meanwhile i used to play with 120-160FPS. By saying soft paper, i mean paper towel and ear swabs.
