GPU cooling woes w/ R5 220 in SFF computer

I got my hands on an eMachines computer from ca. 2011, and the integrated Nvidia 6150SE graphics chipset (ugh!) proved to be too crappy for my needs. I got a good deal on an R5 220 2GB, which still isn't great, but it gets the job done.

The issue is that the card is passively cooled, and it gets very little airflow in this computer (idles at 70 C). The only fans are the CPU fan (blows towards the motherboard) and the PSU fan (very small). I wanted to wedge a fan between the card and the adjacent vent, but there's 3/8 in of space at most, so that would be difficult.

My current workaround is to put a small desk fan on top of the computer, which brings temps down to 35 C at idle and not much more under load, but this isn't a good long term solution. Any ideas on how I could mount a fan to cool it?
