GPU Core clock higher in games than in Furmark

i tested for stability in furmark for half an hour but the built in statistic thing said that my core clock was around 1340mhz and then 1320mhz but in games with rivatuner it is boosting up to 1537 and then 1527 mhz, is this normal, thank you for your help because i want to make sure my oc is stable and if in furmark im getting low results i dont know what to do?

gtx 970, i tested unigine heaven for 30 minutes with no issues and was fully stable, in that stress test it was always at 1524 mhz which is great

If is stable no need worry about this synthetic test like furmark serve only for check max power drain, and max temperature generated by GPU no one use this test for stability test.
What temperature your GPU hitting in this tests ?

thanks for your answer, my temps on unigine max out at 64c nothing to worry about, but now i have another question, i have set power limit to 110 percent and during unigine it doesnt even use more than 100 percent, is that something to worry about? thanks
