Question GPU Core clock isn't being used.

Hello, recently I've been having problems with my GPU. Games like Overwatch and Rainbow Six Siege (two of my main games), arent using the 1500mhz coreclock Instead AMD Radeon settings is showing that only 800 - 1000mhz is being used in both games during a live multiplayer match.... This highly affects performance, Instead of getting 300+ FPS in Overwatch I'm at points getting 130.... Now since I have a 144hz monitor of course I wanna atleast hit that 144 mark. IDK if it's normal for the GPU to set itself to a low clockspeed but it's affecting performance. I would highly apreciate a fix for this situation
SPECS:
CPU: RYZEN 7 2700x @4.1 ghz
RAM: G.SKill trident Z 2x8gb 3200mhz
Motherboard: MSI b450 mortar titanium
GPU: AMD RX Vega 64

My PSU is the: Gigabyte G750H 80+ Gold 750w
GPU temps during games are normal around 70°- 75° at max load, but when playing overwatch around 50° - 60°.
I have the latest bios and GPU drivers, not sure about chipset.
