GPU Core Clock Spike - MSI GTX 1060

I just bought MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB and i have noticed that the GPU core clock jumps to maximum for a second every time i open a program (browser, media player). Or even by simply hitting the start button.

Monitoring this through MSI Afterburner. I had Asus Strix GTX 960 before and didnt see this. I even uninstalled and reinstalled MSI afterburner just to be sure but no changes.

Anyone else especially those who have the same card seeing this?

Aside from this, the card seems to function well.

Unfortunately I can't see the image. What is the clock speed exactly?

My GTX 1060 clocks up to 1000-1400mhz during browser openings and some other stuff so it's not abnormal.

the core clock always spikes to 1569 (max) and memory clock spikes to 4007 at the same time.

Seems pretty normal. It's like "Oh it's about to use me!" "Oh never mind I can go relax again".

It spikes to get the information through asap, runs out of things to process, then clocks down again.
