My GPU (sapphire dual x r9 270x) is covering PCI express slot (the small one) and is very near with the normal pci slot so if i put a card in it , it will touch the gpu's fans in Gigabyte H81M S2PT .... So we have two unusable PCI slots and THATS VERY ANNOYING

Any help or suggestions (Have no money right now cause thats my new pc)

Well, the width of that GPU is 2 slots. This is most graphic cards these days and you can't do shit about it. A lot of gaming centered mobos don't even put a slot above the GPU slot anymore.

The fans should not stick out as much that it touches something above the card though. You have a little bit of vertical wiggle room with the screws at the back of your PC. You fix the card there in a slot, not a hole, so you can play around with that (GPU max down, other thingy more upwards).
