What ryzen cpu should you pair a r9 270 with to avoid bottlenecking? is a ryzen 3 1200 a good choice?

My budget is under 100 $ so it’s pretty tight and that’s the cheapest ryzen I could find regarding how old the gpu is it’s from 2013 so it’s pretty old so I assume any ryzen would work fine whiteout bottlenecking

That's what I was concerned about. If the BIOS on that motherboard has been updated to version P3.60 or newer, the Ryzen 3 1200 processor may no longer be compatible and (according to the BIOS download page) you cannot flash it back to an earlier version.
