I Have recently bought a r9 390x and yesterday i played the new need for speed. And it runs great, but sometimes i get framedrops down from 60fps to like 55 and 40. The card is being used max 70%. So my first taught was that the cpu could be the bottleneck, but the cpu is also just being used like 50-75%? Is need for speed badly optimized or is it something else? Help Ploxorz...
