Question GPU crashed after overclock and now won't turn on ?

I was playing gta 5 on my rx 570 oc'ed and the game crashed the display was showing fragments and the gpu crashed.I booted to windows through my igpu and the pc wont recognize the gpu and when i went to msi afterburner everything the memory clock core clock was set to 0 and it somehow recognized the gpu

12gb ddr 3
B85 from msi
