[SOLVED] GPU crashed and won't start anymore.

After multiple BSOD's while my GPU was under (heavy) load my GPU won't boot anymore.
The last time the GPU crashed it won't boot anymore. If I start my PC I recieve the screen for my motherboard and when the display switches to my GPU my PC crashes and restarts. Then I get the prompt that Windows crashed and the prompt asks me if I want to use safe mode.
I have uploaded multiple crashdumps to:
https://www14.zippyshare.com/v/WTqrqcld/file.html
https://www14.zippyshare.com/v/TijgoUnq/file.html
https://www14.zippyshare.com/v/OHYahHZj/file.html
https://www14.zippyshare.com/v/yOz5yTgA/file.html
Could someone take a look at the crash dumps and tell me what's wrong?
I get the idea that my GPU overheated and broke because I have not cleaned it in a while. It might also be my PSU but seeing how Windows stops booting when my display switches to the GPU i am leaning towards my GPU getting screwed up somehow.
Thanks in Advance!

Solution
you need to go to your motherboard vendors website and update the various motherboard drivers.
you have a bios from 2013 that should have the various usb 2.x updates but you have old drivers from 2007 and 2009 that would not have the updates. old network driver, old motherboard sound driver.
drivers need to match your bios version. so check to make sure you have the most current bios on the motherboard vendors website also.

your most current bugcheck was because of the graphics driver not responding.
google nvidia firmware update utility and see if you need to update your gpu firmware so it will work with the new nvidia driver. (or you might roll back the gpu driver )
put your files on a server that does not attempt to install malware on peoples machines.

I have uploaded a zip file containing the crashdumps to: https://www.mediafire.com/file/pbi25rzb6jgcghr/Dumps.zip/file
I hope that this helps, tried starting my PC but it still has the same issue. It created a new crashdump when it restarted.
Some details about the last time my GPU worked:
I was playing Destiny 2 creating my character. After awhile the game froze my speakers played a crackling sound and my PC restarted and gave me the safe mode prompt. If anyone needs more details I'll be happy to provide them!
Please help!

I have tried to reinstall my drivers and apply the nvidia firmware update utility. But due to the problem of my PC not being able to boot with my GPU it starts in safe mode. When I try to reinstall the drivers and apply the firmware update it cannot locate my GPU. This might be due to safe mode but i get the feeling that somethings actually wrong with my GPU.
Do you have a solution to this? Or should I replace my GPU?
