Question GPU crashes constantly for seemingly unknown reasons.

I have an Nvidia 1660 super. It seemingly crashes for no reason while using my pc. Whether I am in a game or doing work on chrome the monitors will shut off and all sound will cut. The computer remains on and I can still talk in calls, but it is unresponsive and I can’t restart the computer until I cut the power to my pc. This seems to happen more when I bump my desk or it shakes, but it also crashes randomly when nothing is happening. I’m not sure why this keeps happening but its getting to the point where every 10 minutes when im using my computer it will crash and then ill have to unplug my pc, then plug it back in and restart, just for my monitors to turn off and all sound to stop after 10 minutes.
