Question GPU Crashing all the time

Hello ,
The problem is after playing a game for a little while my GPU crashes all the time. Before the crash , colours starts to flash. I will show you that in the video below.I literally have no idea how to fix that. I tried older Nvidia update versions but didn't work.
System :
-GTX 1060 6GB
-16 GB RAM 2400 Mhz
-Ryzen 3 3300x 2.8 gHz
-Win 10 64 bit
- AOC 24G2U 23.8" 144 Hz monitor.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for more information about the crashes.

Hopefully there will be some specific error codes, warnings, or even informational events preceding or corresponding with the crash times.
