My GPU temp caps around 70 degrees when it crashes. We've done extensive troubleshooting and can't figure out the problem. Looking for anyone willing to help.
GPU: GTX 2080 Ti, liquid cooledPlease list your full system specs, most importantly GPU and PSU for this, but CPU and RAM as well.
When a crash occurs and I run Planet Zoo after hard resetting I get a message saying that it noticed a gpu driver crash and wants to know if I want to play with extended debugging. I do, it still crashes after a couple hours again, usually less time than before the first crash. This is the only game that provides a message after a crash.GPU: GTX 2080 Ti, liquid cooled
CPU: Intel Core i7 8700K
PSU: Corsair 1000RM
RAM: 1 pair of 8GB G.Skill Trident Z sticks.
What happens, is while playing New World and Planet Zoo in 4K at max settings after around 3-5 hours my screen goes black, and stays that way until I perform a hard reset by holding down the power and turning it back on. Drivers are all up to date. Other games like Control and League of Legends do not cause this issue, though it occasionally occurred while playing MTG Arena. The GPU only capped around 70 degrees. The reservoir and pump are sideways, heresy I know, but the only way we fit them in this case. I'm getting good flow, and the pump is plenty large, but I am considering buying a new case and installing the pump and reservoir vertically to see if that helps, but 70 degrees doesn't seem like enough to be crashing the gpu if it were an issue with the pump. Years ago I use to play Monster Hunter World and Anthem with this same exact setup without this occuring.
