Please have a read of this thread and understand my ordeal.

I've just gone into MSI afterburner and lowered the CORE CLOCK by 105 Mhz ( the maximum it allowed me to) From 1006 Mhz.
As well as Memory Clock from 3499 Mhz to 3000 Mhz.
The GPU would crash when CPU and GPU was put at 100% at the same time or used in a game.
KEEP IN MIND that the GPU would NOT crash with normal clock speeds when put under 100% load by its self.
Can someone please explain these questions i have below?
1. I bought this card off Ebay, a 780 Ti Asus 3gb, are these DEFAULT clock speeds normal?
2. Why does the card crash when the CPU and GPU are put under load or used in a game but do NOT crash when lowered to their maximum clock speed allowed by MSI afterburner.
3. In a game the TDP of the GPU is around 95% does that mean my 750W can not handle the GPU's power consumption and is not delivering enough W's to it? - If this is true, then with the combined power usage of the CPU and GPU at 100% with normal clock speeds, causes the crash i could assume? OR when lowering the clock speed of the GPU, it does not use enough power to crash when the CPU and GPU is put to 100%?
