GPU DDR3 vs DDR5 (In terms of FPS)

I plan on buying a 6670 sapphire DDR3 for 70 dollars, though if i spend 10 more, I could get an XFX 6670 DDR5. In terms of FPS, how much more will you get with the DDR5 vs the DDR3?


EDIT: Although it would be better for me to get a 7750, my CPU isnt really that great (Phenom 9550-2.2ghz)

I belive GDDR 5 is the fastest of the too, I think its because of the transfer rate but I may be mistaking that for PCI-E.

You'll definitly getting better performance with GDDR5 just because of its number.. PCI-E 2.0 is faster than PCI-E 1.0 etc. The name just seems pretty self explanatory.
