Return merchandise authorization. Just means contact the card maker and start the returns process. They will tell you what to try, and if it does not work they will want to test the card. Just be happy you have an old back-up card to get access to the internet and play some games still as it can take up to 4 weeks for you to get the card back. Did you change anything else? Is you PSU powerful enough?

My psu handles the cpu and GPu both overclocked , never had it shutdown on me or anything like that, and i cant return the item as i bought it off ebay , with no refunds , i completly regret that and im very stupid thinking if its brand new it should work okay? oh well any other ideas to try get this card working ? i dont think it can just stop working by having the pc off for 3 days? can it be the Pci-e power connector from the psu not working properly ?

I usually try and find the point of change, for you that was changing the CPU cooler. Did you know what you were doing? Is the CPU fan plugged into the correct slot and starting up? Did you clean off the old thermal paste and then apply the right amount of new thermal paste?. Does the new fan touch anything else, like is it pushing on the RAM or the graphics card or anything.

Yup. I agree. I never buy electronics from e-bay and I guess you learnt your lesson here.
