Solution
Hi,

Most likely a dead PSU or a problem with motherboard.

Since the mobo is old, I suspect a power problem and needs to be replaced.

Also could be you cpu not compatible, what's the model of your cpu ?
I google it on internet and most likely

intel pentium 4 3.4 ghz 2mb cash/800 =
Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor 650 supporting HT Technology
(2M Cache, 3.40 GHz, 800 MHz FSB)

It is not on compatibility list + max fsb is 333 while your cpu is 800

Show us your system specs.

Are you sure the CPU power is plugged in correctly? What about the GPU power? Make sure everything is a tight fit. All the way!

CPU : intel pentium 4 3.4 ghz 2mb cash/800
GPU: Nvidia geforce 9400 gt
POs: idk how much wat is it but its enugh cuz it was working for like a year or even more, NEON atax 12v says on him.
btw i changed cpu back before and its still same problem.
everything is pluged correctly and tightly

Why does 4 pin power supply connector does that ? without him everything spins (even gpu) is it maby cpu again ?

m8 it was working for more than a year and now when i placed new cpu ( intel pentium 4 '03 3.6 ghz/1mb/800
than it started to make problems... first windows was stuck in loading loop than when i turned off it just stoped going on again....

and pos is ok i tested it and its kinda new on my sys ... don't think its a problem

Ok guys i tested most of the parts and it seems like cpu is taking too much power or its broked (rosted), even when i put my old cpu back it still won't boot like it used to before. i think that my power supply is like 550w (its not written on case of it, ot i just don't see it).
i got 1 more power supply but its 300w, could it power my cpu by him self? or my MO would burn?
i tryed alredy poping cmos jumper and leaving pc with no power for over than 12 hours and still nothing
