Question GPU dead?

PC crashed while on discord and doesn't boot, it only boots when GPU's 8 pin connector is disconnected, tried plugging the GPU in other PC same thing. Tried installing old GTX 750 ti and everything works. PC and GPU worked fine for ~5 years.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
RAM: 16GB 1333mhz DDR4
GPU: GTX 1070 Ti (wasn't overclocked)
PSU: Cooler Master V650, 80 Gold, 650W

other PC's PSU is CX650M, 80 Bronze, 650W

It could be the gpu but it could also be the PSU. How old is the PSU?

Are you able to try the 1070ti in another PC?

PSU is about 5-6 years old
Yes I installed 1070ti in another PC, also doesnt boot, its psu is CX650M, 80 Bronze, 650W

If the card causes the same problem in a different PC, then yeah, the card is the problem.
