Question Gpu detected but no power

Can anyone explain this to me or have an answer to fix.
My EVGA 3080 is detected by my pc shows temps and 3d usage on task manager. and in gpuz it is also detected but this is what my sensor page shows....no power and afterburner also shows no gpu power also. the osd is even gone. picture below of gpuz sensor page.
