So today I try to boot up my PC but it seems as though my GPU isn't working as it should. I say this because on bootup the monitor shows no display, just a black screen saying "no signal".
All the lights on my GPU are on so its getting power. My CPU cooler and all my case fans are powered as well as any LEDs on all the components so I assume power is not an issue. I've tried reconnecting cables and switching between HDMI and Display Port, both yield no signal on the monitor.
The two abnormalities that I can think of is a power outage that occurred in my area two days prior and my computer's recent (~1 month long) inability to update Windows. But I don't think those are the causes of the issue since my PC was running perfectly fine yesterday night.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will provide any additional information. Thank you for your time!

CPU: Ryzen 2600
Motherboard: Asus B450-i
Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB
GPU: Asus R570 4GB
Side note: I do not have integrated graphics with my build so I cannot run that to troubleshoot.
