Question GPU does not start randomly today

I've got a gtx 1070 and have been using it for a few months now. This morning, i turned my pc on as usual but the displays remained off. I looked at the gpu and it only flashes for a millisecond on start up, and remains off after that undetected by the system or bios. I took it out and tried using integrated graphics, which worked. I placed it back and tried one display to the gpu and one to the motherboard and it still booted on the integrated graphics. The devices and bios dont pick up the 1070. This is very random and had no issues last night. I also uninstalled the drivers using ddu but cannot install since it cant detect a nvidia device.

My specs:
I5 4460
600w psu
12gb ddr3 1666
Hard drives, no ssd (cant remember name or the motherboard sorry)

If there any friend who you can test your GPU? Just to make sure its not your hardware issue.

Firstly which 600W PSU? Brand and model (Should be on the sticker)

How old is this PSU? You go back before 2012 and this was an absolutely abysmal PSU. Now, just a mediocre one.

About 2 to 3 years old. I had used a 750w psu but it didnt have the connectors for the new gpu

I'd RMA the GPU and probably get a new, higher-quality PSU just to be safe.

Please kindly avoid using this TR2 Model. Grab yourself some other high-quality PSU.

Update on the situation: i changed nothing, didnt try my old 750 ti due to irl complications, booted the pc up today and gpu is working again. For a bit. Gpu froze and when i restarted, started using the motherboard again
