how do I enable pcie bus usage?

Solution
Your 3060Ti is using the 16 PCIE lanes from the CPU.
Your processor does not have integrated graphics. So you can not enable PCIE lanes to a device that you do not have.

Noob question
So this is a cpu related msg?

So what does "other gpu enabled mean"?
It doesn't mean I have to set something for my gpu?

Thanks again..

This only applies when you have more than one GPU.
If you have a IGP in the CPU you can enable both on some motherboards. but some lanes will be taken from your graphics card.
Or if you install another graphics card some lanes will be assigned to the second graphics card.
Usually in an 8x8 configuration

No, this is a GPU-Z being dumb by including the explainer about "DISABLED" meaning that another GPU/IGP is using the lanes when they are clearly being used by the GPU (not showing "DISABLED") in this case.

Got it!
Thanks guys
