I’m using a musetex g05 case but the place where you screw the gpu is inverted (on the outside of the case) and I really don’t know the first thing about computers (my previous posts will prove that) please help

Solution
the case looks like it has adaptable PCIe slot options.
assuming for vertical GPUs or other mounting options.

the card should sit there fine even without it's support screws in place, but there should be a way to alter the slot orientation and install normally.

hopefully the manual would offer some insight but it is a rather low quality Chinese manufacturer.

One thread would have been enough.

You need to remove some screws from the outside of the case that hold that plate on. Then you install the card, install the retentions screws for it, then replace the covering panel. Just a little way to decrease exterior volume.

It’s the same thread I just changed the title

I already removed the two screws and plates but the gpu won’t align with the motherboard io shield, either the mobo goes into the shield or the gpu goes into the slot

Loosen the motherboard from its mount (but don't remove the screws), slot the card in, retighten the motherboard in place (possibly remove the GPU again to access any remaining screws.

That or your chassis got bent in shipping, happens and you may need to take a close look to see if anything is really out of alignment.
