Hi. I got an Emtek GTX 1060 6GB GPU from my friend and it acts really strange. It only works in legacy mode, but never on UEFI.

I can't get into bios with this gpu because the bios is uefi, and when I boot pc, it starts to give an output when fully booted into windows with legacy mode.
I tried different stuff; flashing other vbios, motherboard bios settings (CSM, Primary video output), nvidia display port firmware upgrade, tried both DP and HDMI ports, different monitors, different motherboards&cpu..
None of them got it work on UEFI.

Strange thing is that on GPU-Z, UEFI is checked, which means it should support UEFI.
And It works perfectly fine on legacy mode. Gaming, stress test, they work.
Could this be a hardware level problem?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

In the past if either the motherboard or the VBIOS lacked UEFI support, then you'd end up with a black screen even though the system booted into OS GUI. You might want to try and use the iGPU(if you have one, that is) as a workaround. Though please be forewarned that flashing your VBIOS can result in a bricked GPU if the process goes sideways.
